- We only accept cash or bank transfer for home and small business customers, paid in full before you collect your computer.
- Commercial customers are invoiced after the work is completed to your satisfaction, and are expected to pay within 30 days from the date of the invoice
Standard services
- Estimates and advice – FREE
- Repairs, upgrades and problem solving - from €25 / hour (plus parts if required)
- Windows re-installation with data backup = 2-3 hours (€50-75)
- Virus removal, clean, tune and update = 1-2 hours (€25-50)
Specialist services:
- Hard drive data wiping / secure destruction - FREE, as we reuse the circuit board for other peoples data recovery!
- Data Recovery – €75 / hard drive recovered (if no data recoverable then no charge)
Note: Data recovery may not restore original files names in some cases. - Data Encryption – €50 / hard drive, includes off site storage of data recovery keys and free decryption
- Domain Management – €50 / domain per year
- Security Education Workshops - call us for a quote
- Security Penetration Testing Service – call us for a quote
- Computer Forensics – call us for a quote
